Refund policy

I offer refinish on all my rings in the event it is accidentally damaged from normal use. Please verify your ordered size(s) and width(s) are correct. Please send any communications through email to: shannon@bentwoodjewelrydesigns.com.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it may take for your orders to reach you once shipped average 2-3 days within the US and 1-3 weeks international but may vary greatly due to Customs or other reasons out of my control. I do not offer any refunds, returns or exchanges for my rings due to the custom nature of each ring crafted including ordering the incorrect ring size and/or width; variance in wood color, shade and/or grain pattern. I am often able to re-size bentwood core rings plus or minus up to a half size. Metal rings cannot be be re-sized once finished. If you are returning an item for re-size or refinish please use a shipping service that includes a tracking number and purchase shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item due to any delivery errors beyond my control.
